DEAR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS
What an amazing Term 2 we have had for our 2010 year! Our ERO report, sports achievements, (orienteering, soccer, rugby and gymnastics), wonderful assembly productions and our fabulous J Rock performance altogether create a most active and fulfilling term. All students have worked well and as parents you have been part of the first reporting indicators of the National Standards benchmarks. We will be holding an information evening early in Term 3 with National Standards being one of the topics. A big thank you to our parents for their generous support over this term.
STAFF WEDDING
We wish our computer technician Ross all the best for his marriage to Brenda Locke during the holidays. Congratulations Ross.
WALK & GAWK
This Friday is the end of Term 2 and we will be having a Walk & Gawk from 1.10pm so each class can see what the other classes have been up to through the term. Parents are welcome to join us.

On Friday 16 July, (last Friday of the holidays), from 8.30am – 12noon, we will be tidying up the orchard and preparing ground for growing vegetables in Term 3. We are entered in the Garden Grow Off, a July to October event. We would love your help so please pop along with your spade and gumboots if you are available.

PTA COOKIE FUNDRAISER
Coming home today are the boxes of Griffins Mini Choc Chippie biscuits to raise funds for the upgrading of our playgrounds at school. If your family have not returned the form you will still be given a box to sell as each family is asked to take part and do their bit. Thank you to those who have returned their forms and have offered to take more than 1 box.
