PATUMAHOE SCHOOL NEWSLETTER

Term 4 Week 6                                                                    November 30 2011

DEAR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS

Our life at school is busy with all the end of year targets to meet, activities to plan and enjoy and Ministry of Education deadlines.  The Board of Trustees had their final meeting of the year last night.  We were able to view our comparative data results and feel proud of the school’s achievements both in curriculum results and the school environment.  The celebrations for our 58 Year 6 pupils are well underway.  Tonight at our Year 6 dinner we will farewell 29 families who have contributed to our school over the past years.  The PTA help sponsor the Rainbow’s End ‘thank-you for pupil service to the school’ trip on Friday and next week the Year 6 students and teachers go on the City Camp and will enjoy the ‘Amazing Race’, moving around the central city to discover information or do an activity-great fun!  Our seniors and juniors will have a fun day on Friday 9 December with different activities throughout the day.
